I know this sounds like a specific problem for the brand etc however the reason I'm posting here is because after looking around in the device manage settings, I've noticed that my keyboard shows up as a simple HID Keyboard Device, now, i'm unsure of whether this is normal or not. I'm unable to access the software as well, it simply wont start after multiple re installations and restarts. M1, M2, M3 buttons) aswell as the music control buttons. However a while ago certain things stopped working, the additional keys that gaming keyboard comes with aren't working (e.g. Hi everyone, so I've had a Roccat Isku FX gaming keyboard for about a year now and it used to work just fine with the gaming software that it came with, I could adjust buttons to my liking and other things like the lighting.
